Every month we eat dinner together and chat with our friends while learning a new & valuable Life Skill. This month we'll be getting our stretch on as we learn yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax, fight depression and keep your body in focus. Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothing. 

*Please note: we do not shop with our Life Skills group.

Teen Connect is open to kids in foster care, adopted, or in kinship/guardianship care 12-17 years of age.
